What Is Colon Cleansing?
You've probably heard the hype and wondered what is colon cleansing? Is it just a gimmick to part you with your money or is there really something in it that is genuinely beneficial to your health. For most of my life, I certainly didn't give colon cleansing a second thought. I was young and healthy and didn't really have any trouble "going regularly" so what was the big deal?

What is colon cleansing going to do to help care for the bowel?
