ACV helps with hair loss!!!

by Lori

I just discovered that ACV helps with hair loss!

I am 40 yrs old. For the past couple of years, I have noticed a great deal of hair loss, especially when my hair is wet.

The last year has gotten so much worse that I totally dread combing or washing my hair. During the day, I could feel hair slide down my arm, making me more aware of the constant loss. My hair line began suffering and I could see thin patches everywhere.

I began constant research on the internet for causes and solutions to my problem. I finally began to learn about the benefits of apple cider vinegar.

About a month & a half ago, I purchased my first bottle of raw apple cider vinegar. I mixed 1/2 TBSP of vinegar to 1 cup of water. After washing and rinsing, then conditioning and rinsing my hair, I would then pour the solution over my hair, concentrating on my scalp first, and then the ends of my hair. I do not rinse this out.

I washed my hair like this every other day and I noticed a difference by the end of the first week. I didn't seem to have as much hair in my comb after combing my hair and I also noticed that hairs weren't sliding down my arm during the day the way that they had before.

When my bottle of raw vinegar ran out, I used the regular acv, the filtered stuff that was in my cabinet. Although it helped to rinse all of the soap out of my hair, my hair loss began to show its ugly face once again.

It seems that the best vinegar to use is the raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

Ok, so like I have been out of the raw vinegar for about 2 weeks. I went to the local vitamin store and purchased 2 bottles of raw acv yesterday. I am going to take a shower soon & once again attack my hair loss.

I am so happy!!!!

I hope that this helps many people who have the same problem with their hair. To me, it is almost too good to be true.

Good luck and if you try this and it works for you, post your experience and results. I am interested in hearing if this helps others.

Hi Lori,

Thanks so much for sharing your great experience and discovery that ACV helps with hair loss. I do love raw apple cider vinegar and know that it has so many different beneficial properties. It's great to hear that ACV helps with hair loss too.

Yes, you definitely want to stick with the organic and unfiltered apple cider vinegar. The filtered kind does not have the beneficial properties that the raw has because of the treatment process it goes through. It basically kills it.

Keep us updated, and anyone else who gives it a try, do let us know.

To your good health!
Angie

Use ACV inside too...

You should also try drinking a glass of water with a tbsp. of ACV every day, too. It will probably help with your hair loss even more.

I'd also try taking some Barley Life a couple times a day also. It's really nutritious and helps keep the right pH in your body.

Just my thoughts!
