Candida Die Off

Candida die off occurs when you begin to treat your candida symptoms. The die off can cause you to experience some candida detox symptoms before you actually start feeling better.


You are probably aware that Candida albicans is the result of an overgrowth of yeast in the body. It occurs when the bad bacteria (unfriendly bacteria) gets the upper hand and starts to colonize and overpopulate.


If you don't have enough of the good bacteria (friendly bacteria) to combat the 'unfriendlies,' you end up with a candida yeast infection.
