Cleanse For Children

Do you suggest cleanse for children?

We don't do the flu vaccines or other typical series of childhood immunizations. It appears that one of my children has a thin long white something or another in their stool.

I want to do a semi quick cleanse for my entire family, including my children, ages 6 - 8 - 10.

This effort would be not only to get whatever that is gone, but to strengthen us for the winter that is approaching Hawaii.

Yes, I do believe a cleanse for children is a good idea, particularly if you already suspect your child has picked up a parasite.

Herbal Fiberblend is safe for children to use. I would only suggest that you start with a smaller dose depending on the age and weight of the child. Toddlers would maybe only need 1/2 tsp. at a time, and maybe you would want to start with that amount for your 6 year old.

The other children can start with a tsp. but you may want to only raise them to 2 tsp. rather than a full tablespoon like an adult dose as you go through the cleanse process.

If you are wanting to build the family's immune system up for winter, it would also be a good idea to start everyone on probiotics - good bacteria the body needs to have a strong immune.

Florafood is a good quality probiotic. If your children are unable to swallow capsules, you can open the capsule and sprinkle it in their food (tasteless).
