Crawly Feeling

It feels like something is crawling on top of my skin, but I don't see anything there...and the feeling is ONLY at nights...is it bad nerves or tiny pests only seen by a microscope that are just trying to drive me crazy?

A crawly feeling on your skin is often associated with intestinal parasites. I can't say for sure if that is the case in your situation, but it is one of the most common causes.


Other causes include hormonal imbalance, stress/anxiety, and in some cases, microscopic bugs.


If you are not being "bitten" and seeing a rash, I would tend to believe it is NOT external parasites, but rather internal issues.


How are your bowels functioning? Any constipation, gas, bloating, etc.? These are other signs that may help you determine the underlying cause.


The two options I would most highly suggest in your situation would be cleansing and/or building.
