This was really useful, thank you. :) But, how long will it take for you to actually notice a change using detox method 2?

I assume you are referring to the Herbal Detox method? If that is the one you are asking about, in my experience, people who use Herbal Fiberblend for detoxing usually see results within days.


The biggest mistake I notice that people make is failing to follow-through with their cleanse once they start to feel better and see results.


It's important to cleanse thoroughly if you are going to detox. A half-hearted attempt at detoxifying the body can sometimes be better than nothing, but if you want genuine lasting results complete your cleanse.
