Does Detox Help in Weight Loss?
I basically use Apple Cider Vinegar, Cayenne peppers & Lemon Juice as a Detoxic and it was somewhat effective, but the taste is awful... Is there another remedy to this? Detoxing can often help in weight loss, but it doesn'tt always make you lose weight. A lot depends on whether you are overweight because your colon is impacted with old fecal matter and you aren't digesting food properly, if your metabolism is running slow, if your body is overloaded with toxins, etc. By detoxing your body, you give your body the ability to process the food you eat more easily and efficiently so that you get the most nutritional value from your food and pass the waste. I'm not a big fan of the detox method you've described using the lemon, cayenne, etc. although those things are good for you in proper amounts.
