Fat In Liver

by Jo P.
(Manchester TN USA)

Recently discovered high numbers on liver test. Dr. says stored fat in liver. Recent pain right & left side back. (Kidneys?) pain moves to lower abdomen. Nauseau after eating a bite or so.

Which of the cleansing procedures might help the pain & break up the fat in liver? Also need to lose weight.

Thanks,
Jo

Dear Jo,

Sorry to hear you are having these difficulties. Stored fat in liver is not, of course, a good thing, but there are things you can do to help detoxify and cleanse the liver.

If you've never heard of a coffee enema, this is one of the easiest ways to help release toxins and waste from the liver.

You brew a pot of organic coffee and let it cool to warm or room temperature. Using an enema bag, put as much as you can into your colon (about a half a bag) and then hold it for 10-15 minutes before releasing it.

Stay near the toilet just in case you can't hold it as long as you think. :) If you can't hold it long the first time, that's okay. Just practice and you'll get better over time.

Another great natural liver cleanser is beets. I know, it sounds funny, but it's true. I use Redibeets which is a whole food supplement powder made of freshly juiced beets, dried at low temperatures into a powder form so that it is so easy to use and still get all the great benefits.

Redibeets is part of the Garden Trio and I like to mix the three together in a glass of cold water for a nice nutritious drink mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon.

The Garden Trio is a great way to not only clean the liver and help detoxify the body, but also provide your body with a lot of rich nutrition that it can use to help heal whatever is
wrong in the body.

Apart from fat in liver, the other problems you are describing could be from a number of issues. Yes, you could have a kidney infection (perhaps get yourself some cranberry juice to help clear it up), or you could have something more serious.

How are your bowels? Do you have any difficulties with going regularly daily with ease? If your bowel movements are not as good as they should be, consider a digestive cleanse as well using Herbal Fiberblend.

This will help eliminate the toxins in your digestive tract and ease the stress from your body's elimination process. Based on the pain you are having when you eat, this really sounds like something I would do.

You could also try some digestive enzymes with your meals. Pineapple bromelain and papaya are helpful, or you could get some Prepzymes which is a combination of a few digestive enzymes.

You also mentioned that you wanted to lose weight. If you do a good cleanse with Herbal Fiberblend, and use the Garden Trio that I mentioned earlier, there's a good chance that in itself will help you to lose weight.

If you find that it doesn't make any difference, and you are still having difficulty, you might want to try the homeopathic HCG weight loss method. It's a very strict regimen to follow, but it's only for a matter of several weeks and I just lost 20 pounds in 40 days using this method.

I plan to do another round in August to lose another 20 pounds and reach my ideal weight. If you have any questions about the HCG method, call the folks at Your HCG on 877-870-3315 and they'll be glad to help you out.

I do hope you feel better soon. Do let me know if I can be of further help.

To your good health!
Angie
