Foods To Avoid If I Have A Parasite

by Pat Berryman
(Booneville, MS)

Please tell me what foods to avoid if I have a parasite. I have a parasite and need this question answered.

Hi Pat,

The foods to avoid when you have parasites somewhat depends on the type of parasites you are dealing with.

Generally, you want to avoid foods high in sugar and starch, particularly when you are dealing with a fungus like Candida, etc.

Also, processed foods should be avoided because they have very little nutritional value and only serve to feed the parasite and not your body's immune system.

If you are certain that you do have parasites of some variety, one of the best things that you can do for yourself is start cleansing and building your system.

You can naturally cleanse and eliminate parasites by using certain herbs that are anti-parasitic and anti-fungal. I usually recommend Herbal Fiberblend as a good general cleanse because it is safe, easy to use, and effective.

If your case is severe, you may also want to use some Para 90 as it contains some additional herbs that cover a wider range of parasites.

Apart from the cleansing, it's important to build up the good bacteria in your body to fight off the parasites. These good bacteria are called probiotics and work well to boost your immune system. Florafood is a good quality choice.

As for the rest, try to eat a more healthy diet including plenty of vegetables to give your body a boost of nutrition. That goes a long way to helping your body to deal with parasites and any other health issues. I like to supplement my nutrition by using whole food powders just because it makes it easier for me to get a higher amount of nutrition each day.

I hope this helps to answer your question and that you are able to get rid of the annoying parasite problem as quickly as possible.

To your good health!
~Angie
