I think I found a parasite!

I think I found a parasite! I was playing on my computer today when I saw a tiny worm on the top corner of my laptop. It looked like a grub, but tiny. Hi Sara, Unfortunately, I can't possibly tell you what the little critter was you found crawling across your laptop. It's possible it was a parasite, but it's just as likely that it was just a baby stage of some insect, caterpillar, grub, etc. Do you have any particular reason for thinking it may be a parasite? Do you have a cat that may have worms and that climbs on your desk? Anything like that? If not, I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you start seeing more of them or you start experiencing any symptoms that are unusual. For your peace of mind, wipe down your desk top and the computer (not the screen) with some alcohol gel (hand sanitizer) or some vinegar and water. That will serve to disinfect the area, just in case. Let me know if you have any further trouble. Kind regards, Angie
