I have intestinal colic and I started to take aloe Vera vitamins since 3 months. I take 100 mg, twice per day.
I feel better! Is the aloe vera enough to heal? I still have little cramps, but I don't have to take anti pain pills. I take Tylenol.
I want to heal, please if you can help me.
I'm glad to hear that the Aloe Vera is giving you some relief from the pain. Did your doctor say what was the cause of your intestinal colic?
There are many different possible causes of colic (or cramping) in the digestive tract. If you had an idea of what was causing yours, it would be easier to determine the best way to try to heal it completely.
Some of the most common causes of this colic are:
- Food Allergies
- Irritable Bowel
Aloe vera is quite soothing, so I'm not surprised at all that it has been helping you. It also has some healing properties, so it's possible that it may be enough to bring about healing completely, but I think it really depends on how severe your case of colic in the intestines really is and what is the underlying cause.
In your situation, I would probably not rely on the aloe vera alone since you've been using it for 3 months and are still having to take Tylenol for pain.
I would suggest using these three supplements as well to promote full cleansing and healing of the digestive tract.
- Herbal Fiberblend - cleansing herbs for the intestines.
- AIMega - essential fatty acids that act as a natural anti-inflammatory and overall immune booster.
- BarleyLife - whole food supplement, rich in nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that support your immune system and promote healing.
These are all available here in Canada.
You didn't provide your email address, so I do hope you get this response and that you continue to improve. I'm sure intestinal colic is NOT a pleasant condition to have and I understand you would want to make every effort to heal it completely. To your good health!
