Kinoki Foot Pads

I had a bad reaction to the Kinoki Foot Pads that I bought at Bed, Bath & Beyond.


I did not read the guide and used 2 patches each night on each foot! I felt a huge impact of sleeping better and feeling lighter but then near the end of the week I started to experience foot pain as if the detox did not complete.


I discontinued use and still recovering with foot discomfort.

Thanks for telling us about your experience of the Kinoki foot pads.


I wonder if you would have had the same trouble if you had only used the recommended procedure of one patch per foot per night? Hard to say.


I hope the discomfort in your feet improves rapidly. You may just want to try soaking your feet in warm water and organic apple cider vinegar. That may help.


Also, drink plenty of water. Good quality water can be quite beneficial in helping to pass toxins from your body and also to just keep you properly hydrated. Amazing how proper hydration can reduce pain in the body.


If you don't have a good water filter, you may want to consider getting one from Aquasana. That's where I bought ours and we really like it.


If you are still having trouble sleeping, you may want to try Composure. Composure is a natural herbal combination in capsule form that you can take with a warm drink before bed. It has a very calming and relaxing affect on the body that can help reduce anxiety and relieve tension.
