A healthy body pH falls in the range of 7.0 and 7.5. That means your body is "alkaline" rather than "acidic."



Another reason why a healthy body pH is important is because parasites are more likely to live and breed in an acidic environment.


The maintenance of a neutral to alkaline body pH level is an essential part of cleansing the body of parasites and maintaining a healthy immune system.


  1. Pick up some pH paper from your local pharmacy or health food store. If you'd like, you can purchase it online and save the trip.

  2. Two hours after eating fill your mouth with saliva and swallow it. Do this a couple of times to be sure the saliva is clean.

  3. Put some saliva on a piece of the pH paper. The paper will turn color.

  4. If your body pH is good, the paper will turn blue. If not, compare the color to the color chart that comes with the paper. You will be able to see how acidic you are and can then take steps to balance your body pH.

If you discover that your pH balance is not in the recommended range, you really need to do something about it.

There are simple things that improve human pH balance health. They are simple, but take a bit of self discipline and determination.

  1. Drink plenty of water. Water washes the acidity out of cells and makes the cell interior alkaline.

  2. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. They are important for maintaining the pH balance in the body.

  4. Consume salt! Salt is vital for extracting excess acidity from inside the cells, particularly the brain cells.
