Rash On My Arm

by Bethany
(Lawenceville, Georgia, USA )

Rash on my arm - don't know what it is.

I have this bumpy/pimply ring shaped rash on my wrist. It's very itchy and annoying. I have no idea what it is.

Hi Bethany,

Have you had the rash on your arm looked at by a doctor? It's possible that your rash could be ringworm. It tends to have a circular pattern.

If not ringworm, you could be having an allergic reaction to something you've come in contact with recently - a food, a soap, some chemical, a weed, etc.

There are a couple of natural remedies you can try to put on your rash to see if it makes it feel better and go away.

Here are a few options to choose from:

  • organic apple cider vinegar
  • tea tree oil
  • eucalyptus oil
  • gel from an aloe vera plant
  • pine tar soap
  • paste of baking powder and water (or apple cider vinegar)

Hope you find one of these to give you relief. Let us know using the comment link below what works for you.

To your good health!
Angie
