I have had odd skin rashes for the past year now.
It started with many nodules on my neck which eventually spread to my arms and my whole body. I get pimple like things that show up on my skin and if I squeeze them I can pull something out of them with tweezers.
Once the thing is pulled out there is a sort of hole in the skin which then takes a long time to fully heal.
There are many little things along my hairline, and I can feel crawling on my skin always. I am pretty itchy, and really frustrated. I am totally 100% paranoid.
I did scabies treatment twice and things got a bit better but never went fully away.
Anyone else having the same issue?
Sorry to hear about your mysterious skin rashes. I certainly understand your frustration in trying to figure this out.
My niece (5 years old) is currently dealing with a very nasty, itchy skin rash that the doctor can't seem to identify.
We are dealing with it by a process of elimination. Rashes are funny things since they can be a symptom of a wide range of different underlying causes. The tricky part is finding exactly which cause it is!
Can you remember back to when you first started noticing the rash on your neck? Did something change prior to that? Had you taken antibiotics, started a new medicine, had an operation, anything like that?
These "things" you are pulling out of the pimples... What do they look like? Can you describe them a little more - color, size, shape, etc.?
Although you could be having an allergic reaction to something you are in contact with or even a food allergy, the fact that a scabies treatment seemed to help a little, does seem to indicate that you may have some type of internal parasites.
Have you tried a herbal cleanse yet? I'd certainly give that a try for sure. You can get Herbal Fiberblend
and that would be a good place to start.
I'd also recommend some probiotics, like Florafood
to build up the good bacteria in your system to fight off whatever is the underlying cause
(if not an allergy).
Something else to consider is a build up of toxins in the liver. When your organs can't process toxins fast enough, they have to get rid of them somehow, so the skin is the easiest out. Cleaning the liver often results in an improved skin condition. It's really rather remarkable how every part of our body affects every other part.
One of the best natural liver cleansers is beets. I was never a big "beet" eater, but I use the Redibeets
whole food supplement powder (it's really just juiced beets dried into a powder to give you the best properties possible).
Redibeets is part of the Garden Trio
and I just mix the three together for my own nutritional support. That's another option for you to consider.
Like I said, sometimes we have to just go through trial and error to figure out what is going on in our body, particularly when it comes to unknown skin rashes.
The good thing about tackling a problem with natural healthy supplements is that you don't have to worry about negative side effects. Even if those suggestions don't 'cure' the skin rashes, your body and immune system will still be much better off. That's a win-win for me.
Meanwhile, try applying some organic apple cider vinegar to your skin to help soothe and heal from the outside. Be sure to get the kind with the "mother" in it. If you can't find any locally, I know they have Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar at Puritan's Pride
So, what have
you tried besides the scabies treatments? Anything? That may also give us some clues as to what is going on.
Some people would jump to the conclusion that you have morgellons based on part of your description of the skin rashes, but I wouldn't be willing to go that far yet. Regardless, the same natural treatments would apply.
I hope you find some helpful suggestions in this that can aid you in finding some relief from your skin rash.
To your good health!
P.S. If you've never been tested for food allergies, that may be something to consider if none of these options works for you.
