Swine Flu H1N1 Hope We'll Get Prevention Soon.

Even though we don't find medicines right now, we need not worry about it, as we can take a few precautions to not get affected.

One should be patient and we will get the medicine soon.

I like what you suggest about taking a few precautions against the Swine Flu H1N1 virus. I'm not planning to use any "medicine" they may come up with, so I'm a big advocate of taking preventive measures.


By building up your immune system, you can go a long way toward keeping your body strong enough to fight any serious infection of the swine flu or any of the other influenza viruses that go around each year.


I take additional Vitamin C, Vitamin D, probiotics, and whole foods supplements.


If I start to feel a little unwell, like I may be coming down with something, I immediately start taking some Herbal Fiberblend. I keep it on hand at all times. It seems to help eliminate any bacteria I pick up along the way.
