Inner Health; Want a Healthier New Year? December 17, 2008 |
| Hi, Welcome to the Inner Health newsletter from allaboutparasites.com. Enjoy a Healthier New Year in 2009!Want to give yourself and your loved ones the best Christmas present ever?
The greatest joy in my life is my family. I haven't been able to live near them for more than a decade, but I cherish them more than anything else in the world. During the last 6 years, my father has suffered with a stroke and my mother has battled cancer. Their suffering has really made me appreciate even more the blessings of good health. Since then, I've studied natural inner health in order to learn as much as I can about keeping the body as healthy as possible naturally. The most important lesson I've learned is that God made the body to heal itself and fight off disease. It's amazing what our bodies can do if they are given the nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and herbs to build and maintain healthy cells. Last week a friend of ours was killed in a car accident. She was only 36 years old and left behind a husband and 3 young children. It's truly a heartbreaking situation. In her situation, her death wasn't the result of poor health, but it made me think about how my family would feel if I died, or how I'd feel to lose one of them. I'm not afraid to die. I'm "ready" to meet the Lord whenever He chooses because I've had my heart cleansed through faith in Christ. Still, my death would impact my family greatly. How would your family cope if you were suddenly taken from them? It's a sobering thought, isn't it? The best gift you could give your family this Christmas is to take care of your health! Yes, I'm a bit of a fanatic about it at times. I'm always recommending natural remedies to my family and friends every time they get a sniffle. I ply my parents with whole food supplements to help keep their bodies fueled with good nutrition, live enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.
I "encourage" my patient husband to take his Herbal Fiberblend regularly to keep his colon healthy. I hand him a handful of vitamins and herbs (like Reassure) each morning to reduce his risk of prostate cancer and keep his immune system as strong as possible. In short, I do what I can to promote good health in my family, and then I leave the rest in the hands of the Lord. What about you? The Christmas season is a time when we all tend to overindulge a bit. Do you love all the extra goodies you can allow yourself to enjoy to excess without guilt during the holidays? Do they make you feel slightly ill, bloated, and in need of a good cleanse when it's all over? It's fun while it lasts, isn't it?! However, you don't want to pay down the road. Indulge, yes! But balance the scale by taking good care of yourself when the holiday is over. I encourage you to make a decision this year to make a few small changes in the coming year that can drastically improve your health and possibly give you a longer life to spend with your loved ones. What can you do?
Because of the holidays, the offices will be closed from December 25 - January 5. Please place your order before December 23 to be sure you receive it in time for the new year. Please accept my best wishes for a very blessed Christmas season and a new year full of blessings and good health! Angie AllAboutParasites.com
P.S. How are you coping with the financial crunch we are experiencing around the world in recent days? One of my solutions has been to build an 'extra' income online in my spare time. If you have any questions or a topic you'd like me to cover, use my contact form and let me know about it.
