Drinking Straight Vinegar
If you are just drinking straight vinegar, say a mouth full or two a day, will this have the same effect to reducing body fat?
First of all, be sure that the vinegar you use is organic (raw) apple cider vinegar to get the benefit you want. Regular processed apple cider vinegar does not have that benefit.
Secondly, I wouldn't drink vinegar straight for two reasons.
- It's very harsh on your teeth, taking the finish off of them.
- You may find it hurts/burns your esophagus a bit on the way down.
You should dilute it a little, even if you just use a small amount of water. You'll still get the same benefit, with or without the water, but keep in mind that although it turns into an alkaline benefit once the ACV arrives in your belly and is processed, it is still acidic going down. :)
