I recently traveled to Mexico. Have had minor diarea for 5 days. Returns whenever I eat. Can I simply clense to solve this or do I need antibiotics?
I ate at a couple questionable places in the last days and contracted this symptom. It just won't stop. Lower digestive cramps and limited but runny release. I keep expecting to get better but it just persists.
I don't recommend antibiotics unless you've tried everything else and use them as an absolute last resort.
It's been my experience that antibiotics tend to create more problems for you in the long run.
I'd say a simple cleanse with Herbal Fiberblend
and the addition of some probiotics like Florafood
should set you right again in no time.
Diahrrea is usually the result of your body trying to expel something as quickly as possible.
HFB has anti-parasitic herbs that can help target whatever it is you may have picked up in one of those questionable eating places. :-)
Start with 1 tsp. of HFB morning and evening and work your way up to 1 heaping Tablespoon morning and evening. You should notice a big difference within days, but I'd continue on with a full cleanse to be on the safe side. We all need one from time to time, anyway, to maintain good health. So it will only do you good.
The Florafood can be taken with meals 1-2 capsules with each meal and this will restore the good bacteria in your system that, no doubt, has been under attack. You can order here
Hope you feel well again soon. To your good health!
