Swelling of Feet & Legs
by Visitor Question
Would swelling of the feet & legs be a symptom of parasites? Peeling of skin on the feet also? Going on for years. Chronic fatigue and occasional vomiting. Most concerned about the swelling.
There are a number of different causes of edema or swelling of feet and legs. Certainly a problem with parasites is an option, but it's not necessarily the underlying cause.
Swelling of feet & legs can be due to poor circulation, dehydration (not drinking enough water), or something more serious, like some disease of the heart, liver, kidney's, etc.
Since you've had these symptoms for years, have you seen a doctor about them? What have they said about it?
The fact that you also have the chronic fatigue and vomiting tells me that you would probably greatly benefit by a cleanse, regardless of what else is going on in your system.
When we do our best to eliminate toxins, parasites, bacteria, etc., in our body and then give the body as much possible good nutrition we can, we give our body the best possible chance of identifying our problem areas and healing on their own.
I would try a 3 month (minimum) cleanse using Herbal Fiberblend
to give your body the opportunity to eliminate any nasties in your system. I think you'll be amazed at the benefits you'll receive just from the HFB.
Be sure to drink plenty of water while using the HFB. You really need at least 8 glasses per day. I know it can be difficult to do that if you are not accustomed to that much water intake, but if you give yourself a stern talking to, you can do it. :)
Just drink 4 oz. (1/2 cup) each hour while you are awake and that will add up to plenty. Or, you can do what I did when I first started using HFB. Whenever I went to get a drink
of anything, I made myself drink a glass of water FIRST. I found I usually didn't want the original drink I was after (which helped me break my soft drink habit). ;-)
Strangely enough, my mother is dealing with swelling of feet & legs at the moment. It's also gone up into her abdomen. We've learned that it is due to an enlarged lymph node in her case that is not functioning properly in her abdominal area.
She's had cancer before and so this has been a bit of a scare. We are dealing with it by using some natural liquid herbs from her homeopathic doctor as well as using the Garden Trio
, Bear Paw Garlic
, and Herbal Release capsules (to target the lymphatic system).
I'm very blessed to say that our visit to the doctor yesterday brought back news of a marked improvement. The signs of the cancer cells seem to be gone and the other issues are clearing up. I praise the Lord for that.
I'm just telling you this to re-iterate the importance of giving your body the tools it needs to get rid of the obstacles to healing in your body and the nutritional support to actually be able to produce healthy cells and repair damaged cells.
If you can afford the supplements, I'd definitely recommend the following to start...
- Herbal Fiberblend - for cleansing
- Garden Trio - whole food supplements for building your nutrition
- Florafood - good bacteria (probiotics) to build up your immune system
You can get them at wholesale prices and free shipping if you order here
Although I don't know the underlying cause of your symptoms, these recommendations can only be helpful to whatever the problem really is, without any nasty side effects.
For your peeling skin on your foot, if you have an Aloe Vera plant or know someone who does, cut off a stem and slice it open. You can rub the gel inside on your foot a couple of times per day, and it should help your skin condition improve.
Let me know if you have any further questions. To your good health!
