Salba Heart Healthy and Salba Whole Seed

I'm wondering about taking a combination of salba heart healthy and salba whole seed. Can you use these two together?

I assume you are referring to Salba capsules when you are talking about the Salba Heart Healthy? If that is the case, I can see no reason why you can't take a combination of both the salba capsules and salba whole seeds if you like.


Salba grain is a whole food. It's full of beneficial nutrients so that your body can utilize whatever it needs as it does when you eat other whole foods.
