Stress or Parasites

by Fred

Is it stress or parasites?

I have been suffering from stress and anxiety for the past five months, due to uncontrollable events in my life currently.

I'm seeing a Psychologist and am doing much better. I started having issues first with having no appetite and being nauseous. There has been some constipation.

As I worked on my anxiety my appetite came back. The problem I'm having now is bloating, belching, rumbling of the stomach and the occasional hacking up of a white slight yellowish flem.

I started exercising and somewhat watching what I eat. Doctor had me on Colace for two weeks. Didn't really affect me.

I do have a bowel movement once a day. No diarrhea or fever. The bloating has gone down but not completely. There’s discomfort in my intestinal area, nothing that cripples me from doing things.

Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Fred

Hi Fred,

I can't tell you specifically if your symptoms are from stress or parasites. It could be one, the other, both, or neither. :) Sad, but true.

Since you already know that you have been under a tremendous amount of stress, that's an excellent place to start.

Stress can really wreak havoc on your immune system. Stress doesn't "give" you parasites, but when your immune system is compromised from too much stress, you are much more susceptible to parasites, bacteria, etc.

I'm glad to hear you are experiencing some improvement just from dietary changes. So many people overlook how much their diet affects their overall health. Whole food supplements and essential fatty acids are also very helpful in achieving nutritional support that can speed up your recovery period and help you handle future stress.

First of all, to deal with the stress and anxiety, try Composure. Composure is a combination of herbs that act as a safe and natural relaxant for your body.

The Composure is also beneficial for relaxing your intestinal muscles, but you may want to also get some Herbal Fiberblend to get a good clean out, particularly if you've developed a fungal overgrowth or picked up a parasite infection.

Finally, I'd suggest starting on some digestive enzymes, like Prepzymes. If you take 1 Prepzyme just before you eat or with your food, it can help your digestive processes and eliminate the bloating, belching, and stomach rumbling.

Bottom line, Fred, is that stress or parasites, these are my best suggestions to help you get back to normal, or even better than normal. :)

To your good health!
Angie
