Natural Nutrition Supplements

"It Ain't Like It Used To Be!"

plant in palm of handThe sale of natural nutrition supplements has increased dramatically over the past decade or so. It is no wonder, as people are coming to realize that the foods we are buying and consuming, are not the same as they were 100 or even 50 years ago.

The food and agriculture industries place increasingly excessive demands on our soils, which are already greatly depleted of nutrients. In an attempt to get as much out of the soil as possible, as quickly as possible, and at as little cost as possible, soils are not replenished with nutrients. Instead, they are coaxed along with chemical fertilizers and other artificial growth stimulants.

The result is that the land has become void of the raw materials that our bodies need to maintain health. We may eat what we would call a “healthy diet”, but if there is very little of the essential minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes and antioxidants required by our bodies in the food, then we may as well swallow fresh air.

Even worse, our bodies are becoming affected by the chemicals used to dress the soil. Many of the diseases most prevalent in our society today can be attributed to the build up of toxins that have been absorbed by our bodies from our environment. WE NEED AN ABUNDANCE OF VITAMINS, MINERALS AND ANTI-OXIDANTS TO COMBAT THIS TOXICITY.

mixed-berriesOrganically home grown foods are best, but even these can be lacking in some essential nutrients, due to poor soil. For many of us, though, this kind of food is just not attainable.

We have no choice but to drift down the aisles of the local supermarket. To some degree, what is lacking in our food, can be made up for by buying natural nutrition supplements. They can help, in part, to redress the balance.

Nutritional health supplements not only fill the void for lack of nutrients, they can also help to strengthen the immune and fight against the toxins which have invaded our bodies.

First Things First!

Before you rush out and buy up the local health food shop, STOP. THINK. What state is your body in? You may be able to afford the best of natural nutrition supplements, but if your body can’t use them, then you’ve made a poor investment.

According to author and lecturer Teresa Schumacher,

“Vitamin capsules just don’t work when your body is full of mucous
and your digestive system is full of mucous. You know what happens,
they get coated with mucous and they go right through you and you’re feeding the cesspool. You’re feeding the toilet.”

Teresa Schumacher believes that you should always cleanse your colon first!

“Herbal Fiberblend should come first. You cannot put wax
on a dirty floor. Get rid of the garbage then feed with nutrients.
Clean them up, then build them up.”

Have you ever considered a colon cleanse? It could be just what the doctor ordered. Once you have cleaned yourself out, the natural nutrition supplements you need to take will work harder for you. You will feel the difference!

Feed your body with as many nutrients as you can get your hands on. To start with, I recommend whole food supplements, like BarleyLife®. It is absorbed into the bloodstream in 20 minutes and has been called “a green blood transfusion”. It contains the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants your body needs to be healthy and stay healthy.

To your good health!
