Coffee Enemas And Apple Cider Vinegar

by Jack

Question about coffee enemas and apple cider vinegar...

I've been diagnosed with auto immune hepatitis. I have treated it holistically with colonics and within two days my jaundice disappeared.

I felt like I was 20 yrs old again, but I fell off the wagon and went back to my previous lifestyle. Not to mention that colonics can be costly, especially when insurance pays for nothing that is holistic.

I now have other auto immune disorders along with the auto immune hepatitis and my question is, since I do coffee enemas at home, can I add the apple cider vinegar to the coffee enema?

Will it harm me in anyway?

Dear Jack,

Apple cider vinegar can be used in an enema for most people. Just be sure, of course, to use raw apple cider vinegar (like Bragg's). You would only want to use about 4 tablespoons or so mixed in 1-2 quarts of warm water.

However, I'm not 100% sure about mixing the coffee and the apple cider vinegar together in the same enema, but I have read testimonies of others who have done so with good results.

I honestly can't think of any reason why it would be harmful, but I'm not a chemist so I don't know for certain if there would be any harmful interaction.

Even with
natural ingredients, we each have different sensitivities, so what is fine for one person may not be for someone else who has an allergy, etc.

I would like to make a couple of other suggestions to you beyond the coffee enemas and apple cider vinegar enemas to help with your auto immune disorders.

First of all, if you can afford the Garden Trio, I would highly recommend it. These whole food supplement powders are a simple way to get a big hit of nutrition into your system daily.

It's similar to getting the benefits of juicing daily without all the mess and is actually more nutritious. From what I've studied about auto-immune disorders, this can be a big help to the body and to eliminating the problem in some cases.

The other suggestion I'd like to make is to consider taking some essential fatty acids on a daily basis. The good Omega oils really are "essential" to good health. I use AIMega which are plant based oils instead of fish based, but you can use whichever you prefer.

I hope these tips are helpful along with the information about coffee enemas and apple cider vinegar and that you are able to get back on track and feeling better again soon.

To your good health!
Angie
