If you have colon problems you are likely to develop problems throughout the rest of the body, too. A healthy colon is vital for a healthy body.
Do you take your colon health seriously?
I have to admit, I never really worried too much about my colon one way or another.
The only time I gave it a thought was when I was suffering from constipation or diarrhea. I usually put that down to "something I ate" or "picking up a bug."
No doubt, I was right. It is pretty easy to pick up parasites these days whether from improperly prepared food, or careless hygiene. The trick is not allowing them to stay and grow in your digestive system.
As I have grown older (and I hope wiser) :-) I have learned to have a higher regard for the value of good health.
I began reading about the importance of regular colon cleanses to keep the digestive system working just as it should to ward off threatening diseases.
As more and more of my family and friends were diagnosed with various cancers, diabetes, heart problems, and other health concerns, I wanted to know what I could do to help them. I also wanted to prevent myself from falling into the same predicaments if possible.
Herbal Fiberblend is the cleanse I use myself
and recommend to friends and family.
Colon therapists inform us that our colon has reflex areas that effect specific organs. Sluggish Colon function in these particular areas will lead to dysfunction of the corresponding organ(s). That's why colon problems can be so serious.
Essentially, that means that if we have colon problems, we are sure to have other organ problems sooner or later.
Here's a little story I've come across several times over the years. It is humorous, but brings out an important health issue...
One day the body organs got together and decided to have a board meeting. Here's what went on behind closed doors.
There was intense discussion to determine WHO WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE BODY.
The BRAIN was the first to speak: "Without me nothing would be accomplished."
Then the HEART spoke up. "Without me pumping blood to your brain you could not function."
The ARMS laughed. "You're both wrong. Without me putting food in the mouth nothing would work."
The STOMACH said, "Without me, your food would not digest."
The LUNGS bellowed back, "Without us, you could not breathe."
The EYES blinked, "Without us you could not see."
The KIDNEYS snorted, "Without us, you could not detoxify and eliminate."
Then the COLON meekly spoke up. "I am important. You need me to eliminate all the garbage from your systems."
Everyone laughed and made fun of him. “How can you be as important as we are? You are just a smelly old sewer."
The poor colon - his feelings were hurt. He turned away and thought, "I'll show them." HE SHUT DOWN!
Then he sat back and watched what happened.
The BRAIN was stupefied.
The HEART’S beat was weak and irregular.
The ARMS were weak and couldn't move.
The LUNGS gave in to shallow breathing.
The EYES became clouded.
The KIDNEYS quit.
The COLON looked around and decided it was time for another meeting.
It wasn't too lively this time, but everyone was in total agreement, THE COLON WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT ORGAN.
I hope you enjoyed that little story, but more importantly, I hope you grasp the underlying message.
Don't allow yourself to ignore colon problems until you are really suffering serious side effects. Take action with periodic colon cleanses and nutritious supplements that will allow you to live a healthier life.
