Irregular Bowel Movements

I recently was in Mexico and got sick. I had diarrhea for 5 days. I kept hydrating by drinking plenty of water. I thought I would get better when I came back to the States.

Unfortunately I did not.

I now have had irregular bowel movements for 2 weeks. I have lower back pains, severe stomach aches, and foul odor in my urine.

I eat regularly and consume the normals foods that I would if I was feeling ok.

I started taking Azithromycin (4 days now) thinking it would kill whatever was in my intestines. But I am still having all of the symptoms including diarrhea.

My boyfriend is now having the exact same symptoms.

I really just want to feel better and go back to my normal health.

Should I take the Herbal Fiberblend and the Para 90 together? Just the Herbal Fiberblend first?

How long will it take to kill the parasite if I have one? When will I start seeing improvements in my symptoms?

Sounds like you picked up and brought home a passenger from Mexico - some type of bacteria/parasite. :)

Yes, you can take the Para 90 and Herbal Fiberblend together. You'll get better results that way.

You should start seeing improvements in your symptoms within days, particularly with the irregular bowel movements. I usually notice a difference within 24 hours myself.

I can't say for sure how long it will take to actually kill and eliminate the parasites completely. It would depend on how much they've been able to grow and reproduce, how strong your own immune system is, etc.

By taking the Para 90 along with the Herbal Fiberblend, you should be able to get rid of the problem in a month. Although, you may feel like it's all better within 2 weeks. Don't stop too soon. Finish the Para 90 and Herbal Fiberblend so that you don't end up with a recurrence.

Since you are taking the Azithromycin, you really ought to take some Florafood also. Even though the antibiotic Azithromycin may not be getting rid of the parasite, it probably IS getting rid of the good bacteria that is in your body and you need to replenish them with probiotics. This will help with the stomach pain, too.

Do keep drinking plenty of water while taking the HFB. It will help to flush out the dead and dying parasites more quickly and reduce your detox symptoms.

Having Bowel Movements Daily

There are many different reasons why someone doesn't have a bowel movement every day. That is the ideal, even a couple of times per day, but for some people that is not their experience.

If you are taking certain medications (particularly pain meds) they will bind you up so that you have difficulty going often. This is NOT good for you, so you do need to do all in your own power to achieve regular bowel movements.

For other people, poor diet, not enough water, not enough fiber, etc., may be the issue. If that sounds like you, try to increase your water intake as well as your fiber intake. These are simple steps that may be all that you need.

If you can get some chia seeds and start adding a tablespoon to your daily food or drink, that should also make a difference. It's a cheap, easy, and healthy solution.

Some people have irregular bowel movements because of the anxiety and/or stress in their lives. That's harder to eliminate but should be addressed if that seems like your problem. There is a natural herbal capsule called Composure that helps reduce your anxiety levels and relaxes your bowel muscles. I've had several clients benefit from adding Composure to their daily regimen.

Finally, if you have a history of irregular bowel movements, there is a good chance that your intestines are fairly well impacted and you need a good and thorough internal cleanse to get you cleaned out and running optimally again.
