Breast Tenderness/Swelling

Experiencing Abnormal Breast Tenderness/Swelling...

For the past year I've been seeing my breasts swell and are tender without gaining weight. It is like my breasts grew a size bigger.

I've also been having difficulty sleeping solidly throughout the night. My sleep is interrupted 3-4 times during the night.

Have also been experiencing moodiness big time. I'm 44 yrs. old and still have a period. My periods used to be every 28 days but for the past 2 yrs have gone every 25 days. Plus they're accompanied by excruciating pain either the 1st day or 2nd day that my period starts.

My main concern is for my hormones to come back to normal as much as possible and for my breasts to go back to the size they were. All this I want to be as natural as possible.

Will progesterone cream help with that?

Thank you for your time,
Elle

Dear Elle,

It does sound as though you are experiencing estrogen dominance and that is the cause of most, if not all, of your symptoms. These symptoms are all described by Dr. Lee in his writings on hormone balance and imbalance.

I certainly think that you would be helped greatly by the use of the natural progesterone cream.

You are at the age where your body is preparing for menopause, although even women much younger than you are experiencing many of these same symptoms due to the excess of estrogens that we are exposed to in much of the developed world.

By using the natural progesterone cream you may experience relief within days or it may take up to a couple of months to get all of your symptoms under control.

I have been using natural progesterone cream for several years now and feel very blessed to have benefited from this safe and natural aid to enhance a woman's health and well-being.

To your good health!
Angie

Size of breasts
by: Elle

Hi Angie and thank you for your prompt reply.
My question/comment is will my breasts go back to the same size as before? have you heard of other similar cases where they did?
Another question I forgot to ask is; for best results is to apply the progesterone cream from day 12 to day 26 from first day of menstrual cycle begins? Or can I use it everyday?

Again thank you,
Elle

Swelling Breasts
by: Angie

Hi Elle,

If the swelling breasts are indeed the result of the estrogen dominance, then the natural progesterone cream should reduce the size of the breast back to normal.

No, you would not use the cream every day. Instead you would use it from the 12/14 day after you begin your cycle until day 26/28 (when you start again). Basically, since everyone's cycle can vary slightly it is best said from ovulation until you start the cycle again. Even simpler is about 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Example: I tend to ovulate around Day 14, so I apply my cream from Day 15 until I start again which varies from 26-32 days.

For those in menopause or post menopause, they would apply the cream for 3 weeks and rest 1 week.

Remember to apply the progesterone cream in a different location each day - rotate. I apply to left breast, right breast, left arm, right arm (upper inner arms).

You can select other locations, but just don't use the same location every single day because you will not get the best absorption rate.

You also mentioned difficulty in sleeping. Many women find that applying their cream in the evening (about 30 minutes before bed) gives them a much better sleep.
